I can’t believe it is already the end of July!

My little man is set to come at the end of August, so I’ve only got about a month left before he makes his appearance in the world. In light of this, I’ve been designing and playing with a lot of different colors and patterns to welcome my first boy! (We have two daughters, so this is all new territory for me!). I’ve included some photos below of recent projects I’ve completed for our son that have been my main source of color inspiration for projects this month!

My favorite colors to grab right now have been mustard, grey, and orange! Even though its the middle of the summer, I’m still drawn to fall-ish colors on a regular basis. 😉 But thinking of these color combinations with a tiny newborn babe was so delightful, I couldn’t help myself! I’ve also played with some classic light blues and greys, to stay on track with regular baby items.

So you can join in on the fun, I’ve included the FREE pattern for the Augustine Crib Blanket at the end of this post. If you’d like to purchase the printable PDF version of this pattern, you can buy that for $1.99 here!
